I kept reaching the same awkward point in small products: the app was live, but customer support was still a contact form and a messy inbox. Minnas puts customer email and a website Messenger into one Inbox for tiny teams. Its AI can draft or rewrite replies, summarize conversations, and find a relevant help article. A person always chooses what gets sent. I am getting married soon, so I am trying to turn the things I build into something that supports the future family we are starting.
How they built it
One thing that didn't work
The first Stripe OAuth route collided with a generic integration route. A routing test caught it before release.
